When you pay 8 dollars for 12 small pretzels bites and a icee, you should at least get decent customer service... I asked for a... blue raspberry icee and they gave me the regular lemonade kind with the blue raspberry syrup squirted in it! They didn?t evenmix it for me, I asked for a spoon to mix it and they didn?t have one, so I used the straw to try to mix it! Asking for napkinswith greasy pretzels seemed absurd! In the past they have given me half cinnamon bite and half regular, but that seem completelyout of the question. But at least the pretzels were yummy and soft though Read more

A lady cut in front of my while I was standing in the designated spot that was laid out on the floor for Covid-19 precautions.... The staff did nothing about it so I left, with no pretzel. Read more

My husband is a big soft pretzel fan and he loved this place. It was a cute food vendor in the mall. Great environment and the... pretzels were a good texture and the menu had a lot of options. He got a pretzel wrapped hot dog and we shared the cinnamonsugar bites. Very good! Read more

Staff was very slow, not rude, but definitely not friendly or helpful. Gave us a burned pretzel after a 20 minute wait. Asked... for one that wasn't burned and was told "sorry, but that's the one we made for you" & "all the others were made for othercustomers". They were also out of lemonade & couldn't make more. I really think they were understaffed. Read more

I liked the pretzels, and most of the time that is my snack at the mall. Today I went there with my daughter asked to get 2 ... lemonades with our pretzels. After I paid, I asked the guy to give me lemonade tea instead, since it is the same price, which islisted on screen. The lady and a guy working there told me the lemonade tea is a total different price and I said your screen isshowing the price. But the lady sarcastically with out looking at the screen said, " Thanks for telling us we will get corporatechange it". And asked me to pay a different price if I wanted the lemonade Ice tea. Very rude person. Read more

I've never had any questions about pretzels. They are pretty good. But the employees are disrespectful. Then they can make you... wait in a few times longer then it was told. Then they can forget about waiting customers. In last time they took my check tocollect the order, lost the check and put only a half in a bag. And when I asked to give my check back I was told that if I needit so much I can take someome's checks from a trash can. Read more

Mommie! I'm so sad. What is it with this pretzel chain? Do they only hire people whose souls need more love? I tried to be nice... but all I got, all I ever get, when I'm here is a frown. Well, the pretzels are good, anyway. Warm and toasty and chewy. Yum! Ihope someday that hummingbirds and rainbows appear above every Auntie Anne's Pretzels because maybe then it would be a nice, funexperience. Until then, oh well. Read more

This location was advertising "Download our app, and get a free pretzel!" So I proceeded to download the app and register. Upon... arriving at the register, I asked about the free pretzel (we were buying 2 more either way), and the cashier mentioned that Ihad to wait 24hr for my account to activate before I could get the free pretzel. I mentioned to her that this was misleading andbordering on (if not) false advertising. Her attitude changed from semi-friendly to almost hostile. She said, "I'll write itdown." (Referring to adding the 24hr requirement to the sign) Pretty sure I won't be back to this location. Read more
