Coming to this shop every morning is what gets me out of bed each day. When I wake up and experience my internal feud in my... head to hit snooze button one more time, I think of my cup of coffee from Ascension and I get out of bed! However, it isn'tjust the coffee that makes this store special. It is the amazing employees. When I walk in each morning, I feel like I am onmy personal "Cheers" episode. Everyone knows my name and genuinely cares. Instead of beer and spirits, I am intoxicated withwarm people and.... not to mention a nice large dose of caffeine.:) Every day I leave the store and take my first sip of thisAMAZING coffee and all is right in the world. The coffee tasted legit. I wasn't expecting such robust espresso. The atmosphere was pretty cool. I will say that we were... confused why we were given a table number when we had to get our coffee ourselves. We watched the next 5 customers go throughthe same confusion. Cool place, good prices, tasty food and interesting portions. Only minus - all service is slow. Suggestion: Order food first and... after 25 min go and order your drink. If you are lucky both will come together at the same time and your coffee will be hot! Read more

The staff, good, and vibes are nice here. I like the fact that you can immediately sit down, order your food and drinks, and it... arrives whenever it?s done. Oh, by the way, the mimosas are great, and if you?re really feeling the opposite of mimosas, grab anice coffee. The people here are pretty cool, too. I was looking for a little light breakfast that morning and wandered inside. The space has a nice lay out, and fits right in to... the fast-casual experience for the area. I settled on a yogurt granola combination and as described on the menu looked forwardto a night light meal to take the edfe off. The picture shows the dish AFTER I sent it back. They were asking a ridiculousamount for maybe 4 tablespoon fuls of yogurt with granola and fruit tossed on top. My server, or the one who stopped by to askif everything was alright, was gracious enough to listen to me, and then do something about my concern. The dish he brought backhad a much morr reasonable portion for the price they were asking. I caught a glance at other folks' meal and was not able toget a good idea of it.
