Like Arby's. The night I went there. Service was very slow. Looked like no manager on shift. Ordered shakes only to find out at... the drive through window that there was none. Not sure I got the correct refund for not getting drinks with our meal. Read more
The staff were in a massive rush and not helpful to me at all. I was literally the only customer there. Both sodas tasted really... weird and off. The food was good though. The prices are getting crazy! It was $24 for just two meals! Read more

I came here yesterday to try the $5 boneless wings deal & it was phenomenal. The fries were fresh & crispy, the best fries I've... ever had! The boneless wings were also fresh, and the hot honey bbq sauce was flavorful! *chef's kiss* The cashier lady couldn'tbother to smile, she seemed like she hated her job. That may not be the case, it's just an observation. The reason for the2-star review was because my food tasted like it was sitting out, and it was lukewarm at best. Imagine tearing into your food &BAM, hard burnt edges on it. Nope. The fries were soggy, but still tasty. I won't stop visiting this establishment alltogether. I'll just return in the distant future. No cars in the drive thru on one of the busiest roads in frisco should have been my first clue this place was trash. Ordered a... classic chicken sandwhich meal, which from the picture you can see is not what I got. What I did get however was bacon thatlooks like it came from under the oven, the chicken has been in the warming drawer for at least 4 hours it?s hard as a rock andsuper dark I mean look at the pictures horrible I don?t understand how these people have jobs, the girl at the window didn?tspeak a word, there was another guy on his phone at the window and someone sitting on the counter as well. Who hires thesepeople? Called the customer service because I wasn?t given a receipt and they can?t give me a refund they sent it to theleadership team which judging by the locations health I don?t see them doing much either , all said I lost 10 dollars andrespect for arbys as a company. Just came home from Arby?s drive through. Huge disappointment from the amount of meat in my sandwiches, 80% of bread, 15% of... meat, 5% of sauce. I?d demand money back if I was getting those sandwiches while eating in restaurant. Shame on you Arby?s! Iwon?t be going back for a long time. Read more
Worst Arbys ever. Dry dry old bread, long slow lines. Only time ive ever returned fast food.
