The "concretes" are not concrete at all. I HATE melted ice cream, if I wanted melted ice cream I'd order a milkshake or even... regular ice cream. If I'm paying $7 for one serving of ice cream that is named "concrete" I'm fully expecting it to be hard insome way. There was a line however being in the ice cream business, they shouldn't make our MELTING orders BEFORE we reach thewindow. They said that's how the ice cream is, that it isn't melted it's just how concretes are, not hard. Never coming backagain. Read more

I usually love Andy?s, but I didn?t have a great experience tonight. I ordered a Jitterbug and when they gave it to me it didn?t... have any Heath bar or espresso. It also looked curdled. I went back and the staff was super nice and made me a another one. Thisone was very bitter as if too much espresso had been added and the cup was cracked and leaking. I was very disappointed. i have never left a review before , but after visiting this andy?s custard 2 nights ago, i felt i needed to. my friends and i... were astonished and amazed at the work rate of jacob. he was sprinting between cars and taking orders. he ran so fast around thecorner that he surprised us all and we thought we were watching a 100m dash. every staff member at Andy?s should aspire to bethis dedicated and hardworking.
