I took a gamble as I was searching for a place that makes pork buns. Normally the ones I get in Frisco are just okay. 888... Cookhouse legit changed that perception. We ordered the BBQ pork buns, cumin beef (another dish that is hard to get in Texas),and shrimp fried rice. All of them were delicious. I think I found my Chinese go to spot :-) Read more
Definitely better quality than most Chinese restaurants. Service was great (and they have an option to order from your table... using your mobile device which I really like) and quick. Stopped in on a Monday night about 45 minutes before close. First time Nd enjoys the ma po tofu. I always try it when I see... it. This version is more of a hot oil based with fragrance and spicy.
