Great customer service, always friendly. My only complaint is the oatmeal. I always get it and for the last month or so they... have been making to soupy and it?s not even hot it?s like warm which is disappointing. Not sure if they are using less oatmealand the same amount of water so it now soupy but they need to readjust it water to oatmeal ratio please. Read more
We were last minute told that Einstein bros could not cater coffee for our conference this weekend and we asked if this location... would do a catering order and they happily helped us. Steph was beyond amazing and treated us so kindly! The customer serviceand last minute willingness to help was just an absolute blessing and I could not be more greatful to this location! Beautiful building but interior needs a serious reconfiguration/ added seating. Hardworking and sweet employees! The management... may need an IQ or a maturity boost (or maybe she is not suited for retail). Still won?t set out the sweeteners, straws or stirsticks! This Starbucks has the best atmosphere. I visited in August. It had garage-style doors that were open with a lovely outdoor... seating area with tables/chairs/umbrella and a gas fireplace. Read more
PARTICULAR LOCATION ONLY has dishonest business practices. Closes based on preferred customer groups or employees vs customers... rather than opening dialog and is discriminatory. Photo at 3pish. Read more
Staff were very friendly and patient with orders. Quick service, nice atmosphere, great outside patio cover.

They weren't having a good day at this Starbucks drive thru. Line was 20+ minutes. Repeated my order wrong when I ordered, then... didn't say it again when I corrected him. Then it was wrong when I got to the window. They corrected it as quickly as theycould. Not a standard Starbucks experience, but we all have bad days. Read more
