I would give this place negative stars if I could, 1 does not even begin to describe how horrific our meal was at this place. We... ordered the toasted garlic cheese as a starter and it was so burned on all sides it simply tasted like charcoal. One of my kidshad a pepperoni pizza and was happy, but both of my other kids refused to eat their meal so I tried the meatball with butternoodles, and the meatball was quite possibly worse than the charcoal cheese. My husband had the penne with Italian sausage andhe was able to eat it but he said it was not good. I had the pesto fettuccine with grilled chicken, and because I was starving Iate the dry overcooked chicken, but the pesto was entirely too salty and garlicky to eat. After 30 min of waiting for a tablethen almost an hour of waiting for our food, we ate and paid our just shy of $200 tab (with tip) for 3 kids and 2 adults. The 5star reviews for this place must be from friends of the owner because even with the long delay preparing the food aside, it wasbarely edible. Save yourself a lot of money and just go buy a frozen pizza at the grocery store around the corner. Read more

We stayed next door to the restaurant during our last visit to Copper. I wasn?t expecting much when we arrived but the entire... experience from beginning to end was top shelf. Bruce was our server. He was attentive, timely, and had great recommendationsoff the menu and from the bar. The food: the gnocchi dish with the white wine parm sauce was - I think - in the top threeItalian dishes I?ve ever had. It was no joke. When the Highway was shut down the next day, we went back to the restaurant withthe whole family this time. Mandy was our server. She was engaging, fun, and the food - again - was amazing. We live 2 hrsaway and I think we?ll be regulars here!! Read more

Delicious food and excellent service. We started with the garlic knots and a meatball, and both were so good! Pictured pizzas... are a Margherita pizza with red peppers and mushrooms, and a create your own pizza with pepperoni, basil, and jalapeños. Youcan get personal 9 inch pizzas or larger 11 inch pizzas. Highly recommend! Read more

I love this spot! They have well planned menu, delicious food and a friendly service. I stopped there with a family and friends... for dinner, and enjoyed very much tasting all their food, family style. The youngest in the group was 9 and the oldest was 76years old. All dishes were consistently tasty, We ordered appetizers, salads, pasta dinners and pizzas and found all thedishes consistently fresh and tasty . My personal favorites were Garlic knots, Italian Ratatouille, Italian Meat and Cheese tray Mamma's Meatballs and Mountain Man Pizza.I really taste them all! Excellent! My compliments to the chef! We also enjoyedsome wine and beer from the awesome bar! My compliments to the owners to provide a good dining atmosphere !
