Started to order bacononater fries, the I saw that the pretzel bacon pub sandwich was back so I asked the lady to scratch the... fries and add the sandwich with tomato . I pulled up and asked the lady before she handed me my food if she added the sandwich.I don?t remember what she said but she handed me fries. I told them I ordered the sandwich and I doubled checked my order andone of the other ladies said I didn?t order a sandwich. We agreed to just add a sandwich to my order. She claims to have askedme if I wanted chicken or beef, even though I didn?t hear her say that. I had wanted chicken, but got beef. She asks me if Iwanted 1,2,or 3 Patties and I was super confused as to why she was asking me how many Patties I wanted because who can eat 3chicken Pattie?s?. I had told her 1. I only gave 2 stars because they were really good the last time I went there when theyfirst served the pub sandwich. Won?t be going back until they hire new people Read more
I usually love Wendy's, but my food was all wrong. Very sad, and there was only 2 cars in line. So they weren't crazy busy
Customer service was bad. The guy acted like he didn't want to be there. Didn't give us ketchup or any compliments. We dined... inside. When the food was ready, he just sat it in bags on the counter and didn't tell us it was our order. Just very sloppyservice. We will NOT be going back! Read more
This Fast Food restaurant is conveniently located near the corner of Highway 528 ???? and Bay Area Boulevard in the Autumn Creek... Village ????. On the night of the 23rd of October around 7:30 I came and went to the drive?up portion of this restaurant, andI ordered a Cheeseburger ???? with all the fixings. The tomatoes and lettuce and onions were all so fresh that when I finishedmy 1st Cheeseburger ???? in the parking lot of that restaurant, I turned right around and went back to the drive?up again andordered the same thing. I told the evening crew that the sandwich was real great, and that I was ordering another one. Igive them a shout out for preparing such 2 great & fresh sandwiches for me. Wendy's is definately true to their motto, that"Quality Is Our Recipe". I definitely intend to go back there again. My experience there was a highlight to an otherwise busyday. Read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The gentleman that is Indian is soooo rude. My family and I go through the drive thru here... probably 2x a week and when he is working the drive thru he talks down to customers like we are stupid. My order is ALWAYS wrongwhen he is working. I think I have like 3 reviews using Google. I rarely leave reviews because I understand people have baddays but it's must be coincidence that I come here on all.of his bad days. Read more
Well to say the least, this salad was very lacking. It was definitely not the Caesar parmesan chicken salad, was there a recall... I didn't know about on tomatoes?? More like a chicken and lettuces only salad. Not only was it missing the things that makes itthe "Caesar parmesan" but the meat smelled weird, Kind of like it was going sour. My order was also wrong I ordered 2 kid meals(1cheese burger 1 nugget), I got 2 nugget kid meals. I went to tell the worker and they literally hushed me. This was my firstand last time at this location, you think the long wait they made you do, they would've at least got the order right. Read more
Guy who took order didn't include my coupon. I questioned him and he acted clueless.. called a girl over & told her the... situation... then eslked off.
