The new staff inside Kroger Starbucks are very friendly and eloquent. Much nicer experience than I had a few months ago.

I don?t understand the negative reviews. Every time my wife and I go here, we have excellent service, even if the line is super... long. We as customers should appreciate what people do for us. The obese girl behind the counter this morning must have had a bad morning and was taking it out on the customers. This is the... Starbucks inside Kroger's, where the customers were looking at the cashier stuffing her face and making coffee for herself wherewe waited in line, only to see her make faces at us. No "Hi, I'll be with you", no "Sorry, I'm alone, but will take care if yousoon," she was just trying to hide herself. Being at the back of the line, I figured, I'll sit down and complete a few emailswhile lunch is done. Some customers left, others muttered. The Wi-Fi was turned off. I was told that WiFi encourages customersto hang out there so they turn it off. Well, that does it for the Starbucks. Luckily there was a Jack In the Box nearby withWiFi, friendly staff, and a regular coffee - that's 3x better than the Starbucks here, I guess. Read more

i went to this starbucks ONE time instead of my usual starbucks, ordered a trenta cold brew, only to be given a venti cup of... coffee shoved inside of an empty trenta cup. they charged me for a full trenta and i didn?t even get the full amount of coffee,when i asked if this was correct, the barista got angry with me. this is absolutely ridiculous, especially having been going tostarbucks for years.
