This is a special tradition for me and my son. We stopped by this morning to get our usual and It was nice that they had... someone assisting outside with the drive thru orders. Customer service was horrible. I ordered my drink and when I corrected the lady for repeating back the wrong order she yelled at... me! Even after correcting the lady she still made the wrong drink. The drive through took forever to get through when there wasbarley any cars. They rarely have anything in stock (at least when I go). Overall I would never go here again and would muchrather drive out of the way to go get a coffee. Read more

The baristas were awesome today! The drive thru specifically, I was greeted happily at the menu and when I realized I made a... mistake on my order at the window, the barista there was happy yo help me correct it! Very good experience! I didn't get achance to redeem my birthday drink yesterday but still decided to get a drink today even if I had to pay and I'm happy that Iwas treated as if it still were my birthday! Read more
If I could give this Starbucks 10 stars I would! I wasn?t able to make coffee this morning so I wanted to stop and get some... before work, there were 3 people in front of me in the drive through, I thought it was going to make me late for work. however,from the time I pulled into the parking lot, to the time I pulled out with my coffee, it took 4 minutes. They took an additional 20 minutes preparing my order. By that time my drink was watered down and melted, plus I didn?t even get... the extras I paid for in my drink!! The ?crispy? grilled cheese sandwich was stale and cold. WORST experience here!! Read more
They are constantly out of items including peppermint. I mean it?s Christmas time, you have 11 months to get this right. The... lady taking orders and at the window wasn?t very kind. They had the wrong order pulled up. Summer Moon is far superior. Read more
