I'm not a fan of Starbucks, but my wife and girls are so we stopped by during our mall visit. Leo took our order and he was... awsome: he received us (and every other customer I saw him attend) with a smile, a greeting, was attentive to our requests, madesure to verify our order, lots of energy and was hustling back and forth taking orders, helping his co-workers and handing outorders. Everyone else seemed just the same...dedicated, hustling, and putting out orders as fast as they could. Small store, 5employees, for such high volume of clients...but ya'll were great.
