Would give negative stars. They don?t have the numbers marked on the stalls. Asked for the number when we got there and we got... attitude. Then the lady couldn?t hear our name so we spoke louder. So then she smarted off again?. OHHHH??KAY. You couldn?thear me person so I spoke up. I always tip cause I feel for people in the service industry cause I used to be in their shoes.Wish I could take my tip back. Read more
Not sure if it is new ownership, new management or what, but this Sonic has really gone downhill. The equipment almost always... seems to be broken. It shouldn't take over 15 minutes to get a drink. So many Sonics nearby are run so much more efficiently. Read more
I honestly feel bad for the employees at this place. You can obviously tell they are severely under staffed and over worked with... how slow the service is. The speaker to the big drive through does not work and you kind of just stay there waiting before youcan place an order. The drive in speakers work fine but every time I wait so long before I can place my order. Not only that butthe food takes forever. I don?t blame the employees but the higher ups are to blame here. Over working staff and having barelyany staff is not acceptable and such poor management. Read more
Poor management and terribly rude and loud disrespectful staff. More then %100 sure that Three of the employees where drinking... on the job. I witnessed one (the manger) pass out drunk in her vehicle. I?ve been a first hand witness to how they steal moneyfrom other new employees and garnish tips from other coworkers. Vulgar and very unprofessional. I never knew that you whereallowed to drink vodka on the job. I wonder how corporate feels about this. Read more
You came here for a reason, that menu item you grew to love. The service is quick and the staff is so friendly. I'd drive far... just to get to this location. I grew up on seeing teens on skates serving food, a group of friends would schedule a late nightmeeting and we would come here 6 cars, hop around, skateboard, listening to music. Love this place! Really don?t know why I keep coming to this Sonic. After waiting in the stall for about 5 minutes, I ended going through the... drive thru... If you aren?t waiting 30+ minutes, you?re waiting 15+-with a completely wrong order... Read more
This Sonic has gone way down hill in the past year. Like, by a lot. Rude staff, way understaffed and extremely slow. And don't... even try to order food from here via DoorDash... they will just tell your Dasher that they never received the order. Need toget rid of the current manager, for sure. Read more
