We asked for the bottomless fries to come out asap and they brought right away. Friendly. Fast. Hamburger fantastic.

UPDATE: To give clarification on how bad the service was I had to ask 3 times over a duration of 25 min for a refill for both my... wife and I which never came, we were never asked how the food was, we were never asked if we needed anything else or if wewanted desert (my kids did) in my pictures the people sitting/standing at the bar are the wait staff they kept just looking atus and every time we would call them.over they would turn around or walk into the kitchen.... Came in to use my rewards for mybday burger only to have terrible service... shouldn't have to ask 3 times for a refill on my drink to sit in a very slow emptyrestaurant while the wait staff stood at the bar and near the kitchen talking... highly disappointed in this... the wait staffhere was absolutely terrible!! Great service and delicious burgers. Their gourmet burgers and bottomless sides are a plus, so definitely worth the price. There... are kids meals options which also include bottomless sides. The restaurant was clean and so was the restroom. Read more

The burgers were pretty delicious but we did have one which was burnt and had to be returned. We also had a server who seemed... not to happy to be working or serving us when it wasn't to packed for the night. The drinks were not good because you couldn'ttaste the alcohol. Burger selections are great. The burger I had was black and bleu. It was pretty tasty. Atmosphere was relaxing. Drink of choice... was the Metropolitan was excellent. Will definitely to go here for lunch on the weekend. Read more

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews food was good. I really liked the Garlic fries. I wasn?t to impressed with the Freckled... Lemonade. I tasted more lemonade fruit juice than strawberries. I ordered the Smoke & Pepper burger. It was an average burger.My friend who dined with me found a plastic container in his burger. Management did come out an apologize.
