I ordered 4 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches and only received 3. Mistakes happen. I called and they said they would replace it... if I came back in same day. I couldn't get back over there immediately, but when I did, 2 hours later, it's like they took theexact sandwich they'd forgotten to give me before, put it in the microwave, and handed it to me in a bag. It was hot to thetouch but the patty looked hours old and the lettuce and mayonnaise was hot as well. Completely unsafe and unsanitary. Read more
This location is real nice but anytime I go there, I'll wait in the line for a solid 10 minutes before somebody helps me for a... pickup that I placed 20 minutes prior. I'm the only person there, besides the people in the drive through. Every minute or sothere's always somebody walking by telling me that they're going to get back to me in a minute.. there's like 10 or 15 people onduty there and I still have to wait when I'm the only person at the register????. Second time I showed up to place an order Ihad to wait 15 minutes before somebody took my order for just a drink. Again, I was the only person at the register but they allprioritized the drive through before anyone else. Read more
Who ever prepared the mobile order 1389 on Friday October 8 is doing the opposite of what I requested. Ordered two burgers and... fries, Fries are not hot. I asked no ketchup no mustard on the First burger, they added them. On the second burger I asked forno pickles, they added it. On top of that, my big mac was cold. Read more
Worst McDonald?s in the area. I have been here twice, both time they have sent me to the reserved drive thru for more than 30... min. I had to walk in and ask for my order as they wouldnt bring it out. Ridiculous! Read more
They need to drug test the manager during the day he messed up the guy order in front of me and then messed up my order. I tried... talking to him but he was so rude I told him I come here three day a week but do you think they care hell know. I have alwaystook pride in what ever kind of work I did but not now days. My son is in visiting from his studies in Taiwan. He has to have his McDonald?s fix. They have McDonald?s there, but they don?t... have the horribly delightful offers only seen in America! Overseas the dietary food choices are much better. But everyone whogrew up in America loves Mickie D?s and will long for their Big Mac or Quarter Pounder with cheese n fries. We also get coffeehere. Been here twice the past 7 days and got strawberry creme pies and both times they don't have the date sticker showing when they... were made. Edit. Came today (3rd time) @ little after 6pm; got 2 strawberry pies, again, and the pies had stickers but employeeshad pulled them off(it's obvious why). Y'all could be giving people spoiled food and kill someone. Get your restauranttogether. Hire honest employees. This is horrible Read more
