I have always loved masa but after today?s experience my whole view of this location has gone down hill. 10-20: my son and I... came in to have lunch and I saw the sign that said their card machine was down until 3:45. No problem that was only 20 minutesand I wasn?t in a rush. I asked the server if she would check to make sure it will come back on before we ordered (I had somecash but not to cover tip and all). I over heard I guess the manager or the gentleman get angry that we were there and we shouldhave never been sat. I left money for my drink as well as my sons- but I won?t be coming back to this location. If it was anissue- come tell me that?s why I waited before ordering.. not yell at the server and talk bad about us. Read more

Great sushi place for all your palettes and good atmosphere. Miso soup is one of my simple favorites. I do have one complaint:... the tables near the sunken area are too dark (we day here). There is no light under the tables, we have to rely on the ambientlight (which is still very dim). Add some spot lights under them to take care of this issue or at least aim some of the adjacentlights to point towards them. Read more
I love this place!! Even though it?s expensive, I tried to ask my family if we can when ever they ask where we should go to eat,... I always say Masa.
