I would tell you to go anywhere in the world before coming to this place. I came today on Monday the 22nd by myself in the... morning and everything the lady did was wrong. The lady in the morning was on her phone and didn't treat me correctly and keeptalking to someone while taking my order. She also scratched her head and didn't wash her hands before serving me which isdisgusting. The worst thing of all is that I was waiting for her to come outside but she was in the back for a while and whenshe came out she was on her phone. SPEAK OF THE PROFESSIONALISM AT THIS STORE. I will never come back to a place like this and Iwould tell any of you please don't come here. Even the ice cream she scouped was soft and I saw here scoup up the ice cream incorner which was bad and soft. I hope that one day that lady gets fired, because no coustomer deserves that bad of a service.Also this is the third time going to this store and by the way it was the same lady who served me the other two times terriblytoo, but I didn't want to ruin her or get here in trouble so I let it go. I usually live marble slab and it is a place that my boyfriend and I frequent, however, I would not recommend this location. The... staff couldn?t even tell me what sizes they have and when we both asked for smalls/kiddie sizes, we were charged for a small anda large-which I didn?t find out until after I paid. They also lied about specialty cones being no additional charge, sneaking inthe extra price without telling me. They were very restrictive about the mix-ins and seemed annoyed to give them to me eventhough that is the main reason to go to their establishment. They would not allow me to put more than two types in, andpurposely scooped the smallest amount they could before piling the ice cream on top. The staff also was impatient anddistracted, asking each of us our orders three times at each step in the process. We came at a slow time and they still actedlike they didn?t want us there. Worst place ever! Lady got upset because I asked for more almonds--said she was going to charge me more even though they... advertise unlimited mix ins. Do not advertise unlimited mix ins if you are not going to honor it. She gave me a bs excuse thatshe needs to know all mix ins ahead of adding the ice cream. I personally went there and it was clean and nice. The customer service was super nice. You just need to be clear what you need... when you add or subtract your flavor. People who rated this location had intentions to get Icecream for free. They get confusedwhen they order. Later, they asked them to add more and not willing to pay for what they have asked to add. The ladies working were VERY rude. I told them my order, paid than walked a few steps away to get out of others way. I took a... bit of my ice cream and it was wrong. I waited for them to make the next persons order, which was my brother, before saying?excuse me, but I asked for kitkats not pecans.? I was not yelling or being rude about it but the lady started yelling at me.Saying that I asked for pecans and that I couldn?t walk away and eat some before coming back. I was just baffled that she wasyelling at me for saying that they made a mistake. Instead of fixing it she ignored me after yelling. The other younger ladytried to give me one quarter of a KitKat but why would I need it when I don?t like pecans. What if I was allergic? After thatthey both ignored me. UNSANITARY, especially in Covid times!!! Not to mention highly untrustworthy!!! Here's how my family's visit went: -The... employee is cleaning around the display of ice cream wearing gloves and a damp rag (which I thought was a good start). -Iordered a regular ice cream in a cup with 1 topping. She did not change gloves, but proceeded to scoop my ice creamanyways... -My mom ordered a regular ice cream in a plain cone (that should be free) but wasn't asked what toppings she wanted,so the employee scooped the ice cream straight into the cone and was handing it to my mom. My mom apologized and stated that shehad wanted almonds and strawberries mixed in. The lady then proceeded to PUT BACK some of the scooped ice cream from the coneinto the container so that there was less! The employee then puts the leftover ice cream and toppings on the slab and sets thecone down directly on the topping containers without a napkin or anything to keep the cone clean! -My sister TRIED to order asmall scoop of ice cream in a FREE cone like is stated on the big menu on the wall. She is told that they don't sell that sizeand that their ice cream is one size only! Which is clearly false according to the menu and to other Marble Slab locations we'vebeen to. So, she gives my sister the bigger size after she puts the cone down on top of the containers again! My sister lets thewoman know that she has a $5 reward in her account and would like to use it. The woman asks for the phone number on the accountand pulls up the account, then asks for payment. She returns my sister's card and the receipt shows that she charged us extrafor 3 cones (even though mine came in a cup and the other 2 cones are supposed to be free when you buy ice cream). Then, shedidn't use my sister's $5 reward! It seemed more suspicious because she kept insisting that there was no reward, despite mysister pulling up her app and showcasing the reward and its barcode.
