Very disappointing. Spent $44 in your store tonight?the giant Italian sandwich that was supposed to have extra meat, didn?t?one... very thin layer of pepperoni and equally thin layer of salami. Barely any pickles or banana peppers as I had ordered. Theother two sandwiches we ordered were okay. The wide variability in sandwich quality/quantity in this store is the reason wewon?t be back. Some days we get beautiful sandwiches (we ALWAYS order the same thing) and other days we don?t. And days liketoday? Seems pretty clear two different people made our food. One cared, one didn?t. Really, how hard can it be to follow asandwich order correctly? I was a little surprised when I walked in tonight and saw only two other customers. Come to think ofit, that?s often the case when we visit this Friendswood location?somewhere between empty and minimal business. Tonight theline at the Mod Pizza next to you was out the door. I ordered a sandwich from this location to which i found hair in my food, when i brought it up with staff they were passive... aggressive And refused to do apologize, as i left the store i heard the employee?s talking to each other and cursing at me.Never eating from this location again. Read more
