The steak sandwiches were hard to bite and chew. Inferior meat with a red coloring- way over cooked or (microwaved)? Nothing... like it used to be. Tomatoes, lettuce showed signs of too much time out of the fridge and were too soggy. Man they have ruinedwhat used to be a good sandwich. Read more
ordered 5 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and 1st of all had to wait 20 minutes for my food, then when i got home and opened the burgers... not one but all of the meats on my burgers were obviously sitting for over 10 minutes... Didn't follow instructions through the drive thru. The attendant was nice though, and the food was good.
I know that they claim to be trying to have fast food quality but let us be real if you want better be a sit down restaurant and... take a bit more time making the food but that is unlikely to happen because speed is often where the money is. Read more

Not a Big Jack in the Box fan so not sure that this is fair but was disappointed with our food and the lady at the drive through... which very difficult to understand I feel like it took twice as long to take our order and out order was wrong Read more
