UPDATE: I have changed my review! I have been in the restaurant/bar business for over 30 years, so I know a thing or two. We... sat at a table this time and had the full experience! The service was OUTSTANDING! We had an initial server, but only saw hertwice. Everyone else waited on us, it was quite the experience. I have never had service like this! Two managers visited ourtable. One to see how our experience was going and the other to refill our drinks. This truly is a TEAM ATMOSPHERE! The saladbar had awesome food too pick from. Most of the meats were ok. My favorite was the Parmesan Crusted Pork. The house specialtymeat was good too. All in all, I give it 5 ???? outta 5!! Thank you Raido for the opportunity to try Fogo de Chaoagain! Drinks were ok. They had no olive juice for a martini, even though they just opened. We had the happy hour hummus,pretty good y'all!! Took mom out to brunch this past Sunday, and it was all we expected and more! We have been many times to Fogo over the... years…but truly loved having a location in our backyard! They did a great job with the ambience, and service at this newlocation. Alexis was our server that day, and she was very attentive and helpful. Orin Swift wine pairing was wonderful… and meeting our long lost favorite waiter, Cole, was awesome! Staff took a minute to... get us placed and seated and what not but the experience overall was wonderful. Really wish they could have done something extrafor my parents anniversary but I get it’s hard to accommodate while also doing a special event… but still… the extra rouxwould have been nice. We had dinner reservations for our anniversary. They had been opened for about three days. Great options at the salad bar.... Churrasco experience was memorable. Fogo is an AMAZING dining experience! This new location is elegant with an awesome vibe. Staff is so helpful, friendly and... knowledgeable. We went for brunch, which is the BEST brunch in town bc of the diverse market table with lots of tasty veggies,delicious salads, exotic fruits, omelet stations, waffles, dips, and so many other fresh options to choose from. We tried thewagyu, which has an ultra rich, buttery flavor, just so tender & juicy with a high quality presentation. Fogo is a real treat &a must try when in the Baybrook Mall area! Read more

Dined in at lunch on a Wednesday arrived around 12:20. It was about half full. 3 people our total before tip was $174.39, that... included 2 desserts and we all drank San Pellegrino.The food and service were okay. Some of the servers were great, others needmore training. Main disappointment was overcooked meat. Most of the steak products were cooked well to well done. Yes, we dideventually get them to come around with medium rare. Asking for them to bring out sausage took forever. That and gettingchimichurri took awhile. The salad bar was decent. Would like to see a little more fruit and cheese on it. I really enjoyed thebasil dressing at the salad bar and the tres leches cake. Read more

Wow! My wife and I had a Sunday dinner at the new Fogo de Chao at Baybrook at one of their first nights open. The atmosphere,... service, and most importantly the food were all an easy 5/5. The variety of food was impressive and everything we tried wasdelicious. Our servers Gerardo (Gerry) and Alexis were attentive and ensured we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. They providedrecommendations and advice with the experience of a long tenured employee. Good drinks? Yep. Perfect cut to try? Yep. This is the newest location of my favorite Restaurant! This location is FANTASTIC! Not only are the salad bar and meat options... consistent with the brand, but they have also added a TON of appetizers and even seafood to the list! The service was superband our server treated us like family! They bring polenta and plantains to clean your pallet between the types of meat so youcan taste the nuanced differences. Highly recommend it! ***Pro Tip: I always eat the meats course first, and THEN hit thesalad bar up for my dessert! Read more
