Went to Cinnabon in baybrook mall to buy a 6 pack of rolls. I was informed that they have no more packs due to black Friday. I... asked if they would sell 6 individuals but i was told that those ind rolls would be at a much higher cost. It's frustrating wheneveryone knows they will be baking throughout the next day. I will not longer visit this facility. Especially since I overheardone of the staff talking about the workload on good Friday in order to keep up demand. Read more

Went to buy Cinnabon?s and lady at cashier could not get my order correct. I had to repeat it to her several times until she got... it right. I went home and saw that on my receipt she overcharged me 5 dollars extra on my order. I am highly disappointed forbeing overcharged on two small frosting containers. She never informed me that frostings were EXTRA especially at a cost of 5dollars. This made me very upset because the least she could?ve done was let me know. I will never come here again. I always wanted to try the cinnabon, finally decided to spend almost $6 dollars in one. And got this hard bread missing a part.... Was very disappointed and sad. I also asked the ladie for the 4 pack cinnabon advertised on their screen they all looked at melike I'm crazy and rude response to no we don't have any more packs very impolite.
