Only Chick-fil-A I?ve been to that stops serving ice cream just because they want to clean the machine early to leave early..... also maybe don?t recommend telling customers to go to McDonald?s because it?s cheaper? I ordered ice cream and they said theywere out. I pulled up to the window and could see them just cleaning the machine early. Okay fine I get it, most of them areyounger who want to go home early. But then the person behind me ordered ice cream too and then the guy told him to go toMcDonald?s if he wants it because it?s cheaper and they?ll have ice cream. Then, while the window is still open, I could heareverything all the employees were saying about the guy who was ordering ice cream and how annoyed/frustrated he was. They wereall laughing along with the employee about how he told him just to go to McDonald?s and how he shouldn?t be so annoyed. I getemployees talk when no one?s around but maybe close the window so customers don?t hear you talking about other customers nexttime.. it just wasn?t the best experience. Recently called to place an order for a Highschool Band....was going to spend at least $800 towards this order...and kept... getting hung up on multiple times. Always had good experiences with Chick Fila until this happened. Very disappointing! Read more
Place is dirty. Hand prints all over the doors. Crumbs and trash on tables. Had to clean a table off before I sat down.... Employees were sitting next to us while we cleaned the table. Also, we are paying more and getting less. $20.44 cents to feedtwo people at Chick Fil A and they are getting Chincey with the condiments. One ketchup and one chick fil a sauce per person .They are also now asking if we want whipped cream on our shake. It used to be standard now it?s extra. I understand it?s hard tokeep prices from rising under the Biden Economy while he is asleep at the wheel but at least take care of what you can control.The cleanliness and staff need to be addressed. Location - Friendswood, Texas Staff - Friendly and supportive to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible considering... the long lines. Quality - Top notch, but die to shrink-flation, I can tell the size of the chicken is smaller in diametercompared to pre-pandemic.
