Where to start ? Well my experience today was pretty awful. First i get their lunch time it?s a little busy that?s okay. After... trying to place my order with the rude counter girl who wasn?t listening to what I was trying to ask and order because she keptfiltering with another male employee didn?t hear me when I asked for my sandwich to be a certain way. She missed that. I gotback to the office and my food was wrong. I asked if I could order extra steak I was told yes and I didn?t get it. I asked themto please remove bell peppers cause I am allergic to them. I didn?t want lettuce either and it still had it. Unfortunately theydid not meet any of my requests I was unable to get any of the food as it does cause a bit of a food allergy. I hope by writingthis it can be made right thank you. Read more
Employees here are very nice, these ore some if my favorite cheesesteaks, and their loaded fries are amazing, they accommodate... my food allergy with no issues and made sure to tell kitchen to use clean grill and new spatula so no cross contaminated issues.This is a go too for delicious cheesesteak Read more
Employees are very rude. Standing around forever waiting for my food and was never greeted. One side of sandwich was way bigger... than other. Didn't know making sandwiches was so hard. ???? Read more
The food was a five out of five , but the cashier and manager only get a 2..... I have eaten at other locations plenty of times... and my go-to order is the old school with bacon/cheese fries..... It's on every restaurant menu..... Even at this location.....So when I order it , the cashier tells me it was a limited time only. ???????????? I ask since when ? He asks the manager andagain I get a ", limited time only" response . The menu says "new," ..... Not "new , limited time only"..... I ended upspending$20 for a sandwich , cheese fries and a small coke...... I'll skip this one next time I'm at the Mall..... It's good ,but it wasn't worth the $20 .... Read more
Went in and ordered for my family, over half the order was wrong or missing. I returned and had to wait 20 minutes for my son's... buffalo wings and by the time I returned got home again my sandwich was cold and what was once loaded fries had degraded intocheesy mashed potatoes. I haven't been this disappointed in food for a long time. Read more

This is one of the better places to eat at in the food court. They consistently provide prompt and friendly service. The food... isn?t cheap, but you get what you pay for. I get a regular sized sandwich with fries and a sweet tea, which comes usually out toaround $11. It?s more than enough food and I?m always very full after eating here. They start to cook everything in front ofyou as you are ordering. The produce is fresh, which is really nice. The pickles are delicious and the tomatoes are juicy. Ilove that they have a station with condiments and different seasoning bottles to sprinkle on your fries. The lemonades withfruit are so good here, however they do cost extra. Everything is good here. You want a good Philly cheesesteak, you can't go wrong here despite it being a fast food chain.
