Not impressed at all! Went and got a pretzel and it was burnt, cold, and old!
They are promoting a frozen peach drink but didn't have the ingredients to make one. My daughters and I wanted mini dogs but... they said they didn't have anymore. At 4pm on a Wednesday. My kids would be so sad if they know that I went to Baybrook mall, and did not get them their favorite mini hotdogs pretzels.... Very good lemonade as well, and I was thrilled to try their new lemonade strawberry shake. Highly recommended. Read more
Will NOT be coming back here again. The service was bad. Messed up my order then she forgot to put salt on it. I asked to put... salt on it she tells she can?t because it was in my hand. Never touched it. It was in the wrapping still. Then the guy gave me attitude. I never had a problem here until now. If you want your customers to keep coming I suggest to replace the twoemployees. This place has always had great customer service and they will make things for you upon request if you are willing to wait. I... loved their large pretzel dogs with jalapenos and cheese, but they no longer have those. They do still have the regular pretzeldogs that they will make for you and the wait is about 10 minutes. They also give a 10% discount if you are a mall employee. :)In terns of price, there are certainly cheaper places. But no other pretzel is like Auntie Anne's ???? Read more
Just called, twice. I was hung up on the first time, the second time was answered by the assistant manager pretending to be a... woman. Didn't answer ANY questions and went on mumbling about nothing. I finally got the MANAGER on the phone and he treated mewith total disregard. He couldn't care less. I was calling for my sons schedule because he USED to work there.
