In short, a horrible experience at this location and not the first time. The redhead guy was arguing that the hog heaven pizza... wasn't part of the 5 topping Tuesday. Ask for a manager and he corrected it. Then he told me adding additional ingredientsfrom the Tuesday special is an additional charge. Told him forget my order and that I'll go to The robbinsdale store I don'tknow why he was arguing with me because I come to Papa Murphy's all the time and don't have this problem. But I'd like to pointout he's driving away business. The robbinsdale location told me they are a different franchise owner. Read more

2nd time ordering from this location. Ordered a $10 large on Tuesday pizza, took it home, and cooked it within one hour of... picking it up. Pizza was completely stuck to the tray, and could not be peeled off the cardboard without completely ruining thepizza. Called to complain, and at 6:45 pm, there was NO MANAGER in the store to take my call. No manager, no supervisor, no oneto help me out. They offered to remake my pizza, but after picking up, cooking, and finding out my pizza is trashed, I wasn'tabout to drive back in and pick up another pizza just to be disappointed again. Nope. My first time there I didn?t realize it was a ?take and bake?. I had never heard of such a thing. Why is this even a... thing? If I have to take it home and bake it I can just grab a frozen pizza for less. And the taste isn?t nearly as good as itscompetitors. Long story short I went into the store told the cashier it was my first time there. At that moment she could haveexplained they don?t bake the pizza. On top of not correctly making my pizza as ordered, this happened :( Wasted my dairy free cheese. I've never had this happen... from any other location before. I don't know what they did but the tray itself started to burn and thus burnt the crust whichstuck to the tray. It happened to both pizzas we made too. What a waste of money and food. Read more
