I drink caribou everyday and my experience with each one is always the same. I can expect the same service and drink EXCEPT..at... the Fridley location. They forgot about me all together-idk how they had t double check their screen a bunch of times,I paidwith exact change and it seemed like the cashier was going to pocket the cash because she took the money and went directly tothe back, when I finally did get my drink it was watered down and didn't have much flavor AND I always order the same drink, same size. I ordered a large, the cup I got was NOT a large AND it was suppose to be a blended drink but it still had huge icechunks in it. I'm not normally one to complain or even write reviews but my ENTIRE experience there was shady and distasteful. Iwas so appalled I didn't even go back in to complain. Didn't know what to say. Didn't Really Standout From Other Caribou Cafes , Other Than Waiting For Service Inside While All Employees We're Busy With The... Drive Through The Inside Area Looked Like The Least Important At The Time. Read more
Ordered a decaf coffee with sugar and cream, got no sugar. Ordered a chocolate ice crafted press, got no chocolate. Went in to... get the problem fixed and the person helping me smelled like a rotting pile of onions. So apparently he doesn't shower. Just whoI want to handle my drinks. Is having basic hygiene not a requirement for working at caribou? I'm not sure, but apparently not. Read more
Dinning room was nice, quiet, and relaxing. Met mom for coffee to catch up, nice furniture and decor. After we sat down I... noticed all the sandwiches on the menu, will have to try one next time. Read more
Workers are lazy as hell. Cashier said they ?couldn?t make? northern light cooler blended, but every other caribou does it? Then... they somehow could and I ended up with the pictured drink. Took way too long to get 4 things. Oatmeal was literal water andoats. Never going back. Read more
Every time I have been here the service has been great, everyone has been polite and I received my order promptly. Compared to... other locations, the coffee tastes better (I basically order the same thing every time), so it's my preferred spot. That said,every time I have gone lately the hours have dwindled a bit more. I don't know how long it will be before this location closesfor good, but I'm really hoping they can figure out their staffing issues (by, you know, paying their employees more and allthat), but who knows? The drive thru took an hour, a full hour of sitting in my car waiting in the drive thru line for my order that i placed ahead of... time on the app. Then when I finally reach the window they try to only give me one of the 4 items i ordered. Took them another15 min to figure out where my order was THEN I get home and see my sandwiches have plastic in the food. Im done with Caribouforever or at least this location. Horrible. Edit: tried to get a refund and the assistant manager on duty would not honor myrequest for a refund. Screw this company Im done. Read more
