So they're out of small cups and my options are to downsize to a value cup or pay extra. Personally, if I ran out of small cups... I would pay the cost of that mistake and upsize each small order. But instead they are either up-selling their medium or makingthe customer take the hit by getting less than what they are paying for. This seems like a smart tactic for them, I reluctantlypaid the extra money for the medium as I'm sure most people do. Either way it's a lose lose for the customer and a win-win forWendy's. Its BS. I had fries & chicken nuggets. I liked their fries better before they changed them. Some companies think they always have to be... changing things, but if it's good Don't change it! The chicken nuggets were mediocre. Nothing great, & they weren't even hot! The things I liked; their ice tea, always consistently good. The chocolate frosty, ditto! I do wish they would bring back thesalads in half size. Not everyone can eat that much! Read more
Going to take a few moments and write a review about the fries ????. It seems that Wendy's has really upped their fry game and... are among the best for fast food fries nowadays. Did dip them in a Frosty which is one of the best underrated flavorcombinations out there. The chicken sandwich was ok, and the time in the drive thru felt significantly longer than it shouldhave. Waited nearly 12 minutes to order, only one car on front of me. Then I was stuck as they had a money issue and changed drawers,... then no change and had to wait for a manager. All I need was $10. Back in any denomination. Then I get to the next window, theyhand me the wrong food and no drink. I then hand it back and ask for my drink, while I wait. No rudeness from staff, but man.Then I wait 5 more for my meal, and them the fries are straight cold. I was 16 minutes late for work and still hungry as Ididn't eat their nasty fries.
