Came here after some coworkers said burgers were good. I was hesitant when we got there because there wasn?t any customers... inside. And the whole time we were there about 30-45 mins or so we only saw one other customer. The cashier upfront was friendlyand greeted us as we came in. She was friendly taking our order and also checked up on us regularly as we were seated to ensureeverything was tasting good and if we needed anything additional. I would say the price I paid is worth the value I received. Myburger was very well seasoned and cooked properly. My tater tots were crispy outside and soft inside and delicious. My husbandsorder was also delicious. He ordered the Oktoberfest burger and although they ran out of the special sauce for it they werequick to offer a replacement. Our first time checking out this place and we of course went with the Classic with french fries and tater tots. My thinking is... that if you get the basic right, then I can expect more of the other items on their menu. It?s not the best and it?s not theworst, it?s a hamburger as one would expect a typical burger to taste if it?s done accordingly. I will consider going back totry the Buffalo Chicken and the WB Cod burger. Read more

I tried this place when it first opened and it was just "fine." I ordered an impossible patty and realized maybe that's why it... was just "fine." So today I ordered a custom burger. Well, the overall experience wasn't great or good or "fine." I waited 35minutes for our food. Short staffed? OK, I can understand that. But... the burger came out and the presentation was of that of aschool lunch. I didn't take a photo. It doesn't need to look like a million bucks, but it should've at least tasted like amillion bucks... or even tasted like a 5 dollar burger. I did order the Bacon Cheese Fries though. And those... were even moreof a disappointment. Just look at them. If I waited so long, at least give me them with melted cheese that resembles the photojust a tiny bit. I waited that long anyways, without complaint, take another minute under the heat lamp to melt the cheese.(Note, the cheese slice in my burger wasn't melted either.) It's not all negative though. The bacon was delicious and the friesare good too. It's the experience as a whole that needs attention. We stood next for a few minutes while the girl was makingsome drinks. The order to take time was 35 minutes. The food was underwhelming and presentation wasn't on par for the pricepaid. I won't be coming back to this place. I would recommend another grill of the Colorado variety. Read more
The first two time we ate here it was great. This review is based on my most recent experience. The burger patties were over... peppered. There was so much black pepper I had to wipe everything off my burger even to eat it. It's like they were puttingpepper on it, the lid fell off, spilled the whole pepper shaker on the patty and then they just served it that way. I have eatenhere twice before and loved the burgers. They may have been peppered the other times I went, but not this much. I am so tired ofeverything being spicy or over peppered. Not everyone can eat those things. I will now have a stomach ache all day because of mygastritis intolerance to black pepper. Every time I think I have found a great new place to eat this happens. Just because youcooks like and can handle pepper doesn't mean we consumers want everything that way. Besides good flavor on a burger doesn'tmean just putting a lot of pepper on it. Read more
