I have eaten here tons of times as I work nearby, we get takeout all the time?..the food was completely different tonight, like... a different restaurant. I ordered my usual spicy chicken with rice and salad and got what is pictured below. I don?t even knowwhat that is. Not sure if they gave me the wrong order or if they have changed their menu or what. Usually the spicy crispychicken is breaded and has a dry spice over it. This chicken wasn?t spicy, it was soggy and so salty I couldn?t even eat it andI?m not picky. There was some spicy sauce I?ve never seen before on the side but that also tasted bad. The teriyaki sauce tasteddifferent also, thin with a bad after taste. The only thing that tasted the same was the salad and dressing. Did I misssomething, did this place change hands? Read more
First time to eat here. A little stingy with teriyaki sauce, they should at least give you two. The chicken was a bit dry. I... asked for one more teriyaki sauce and the lady said I have to stand in line( (really?) I guess because I have to pay for thesauce. ???? Teriyaki Don is always a staple. It's quality is good and quantity is good, except for anything that isn't their chicken and... beef dishes. Their sushi rolls almost always are disappointing, their unagi don has barely any meat in it any more. The cashieralso didn't know how to add the side of eel I wanted to get. So I decided I would get the unagi avacado roll, and well you canjudge for yourself if the attached picture is worth $8.5. I would suggest to stick to the basics when you come here theirstaple bowls are great value, otherwise you might be disappointed. Read more
The food that I ordered was a katsu don. I was hoping for the meat to be crispy as fried stuff usually are, but I was left... disappointed with a soggy breading for my katsu. Nothing crispy but just soggy. When I received my order, I opened the box thefood was in to let out steam, but the food was already soggy way before I received my order. The egg was not cooked all theway. This made me even more shocked. How do you let something like this get out? This could make someone really sick. Read more

Teriyaki Don, for very limited available seating (if you're lucky), ya have yo go in early before the lunch rush. Let me tell... you, this place gets super busy. I had a Chicken and rice dish (dried, no teriyaki not my taste) was delicious by itself. Theyprovided support for Military and Veteran discount. I appreciate that for a fulfilling meal with the little higher than what Iam used to regarding cost price points. Thank you Teriyaki Don, you deserve this 5 stars rating. Read more
