!!!Do NOT go to this location!!! The OWNER of this location is named Olivia. My husband had been working there for the last 3... months. They are incredibly verbally abusive to their employees. After a month straight of not paying him and harassing him whenhe would ask for answers, Olivia pulled him aside tonight and strongly insinuated my husband was special needs for ask her whyhe's not received a payment in over a month. She said, and I quote, "so are you like slow or do you just not care to try?Because you're coming off R*TARDED." So he quit on the spot. Who in their right mind treats their employees like that?! We'refollowing up with corporate. Other problem workers there are John, Sam, and Ghia. Now, business wise: They do not care aboutyour health, not customizing for allergies and then refusing to replace and/or refund you. They will deliberately give you halfyour order and then gaslight you over what was ordered when confronted, this has happened to me personally at this location atvery least 20+ times over the last year and a half a lone. They steal your money and mess up your orders. I wish I could givethis location a negative rating. Olivia, I really do hope that you have the life you deserve. The worst on timely service! They don't think past the screen Infront of them. For example lots of cars in drive thru but one... customer waiting more than 8 minutes for a SINGLE SOFT TACO inside. Common sense tells you get that inside order out the wayRIGHT AWAY! Read more
Came in during a Friday lunch rush, was given a free drink upsize im reckoning has something to do with the stellar looks i was... blessed with, especially when accidental, unbeknownst courting apparently happens. The service at this Taco Bell was the west I have ever seen. They were very talkative with each other in the kitchen, but... until I ask about my order 17 minutes after ordering did they start working on it. They were rude. They were not all thatbusy and the restaurant was a mess, as if the tables and dining room had not been cleaned all day. The bathrooms needed to becleaned. They had plenty of staff, it was not a staffing issue. Avoid this Taco Bell if you can. Read more
BF Steak & Egg...Where's the eggs? Little few pieces. It's supposed to have a folded omelet size according to adds. Same for... crunch wrap. I purchased one with no lettuce or tomatoes. Used sour cream. Meat wasn't the main ingredient...cheese sauce was.((*If better will update on next visit)). Thought they had the Nacho Fries as regular item. The dining room is closed an hour earlier than the sign says. The employee came to the door and told me (plus another customer)... that they only had 3 employees on duty. She then closed the door on us. She was very rude to paying customers to act like that! Read more
