I'm currently at a 30min wait and still don't have my food. People in the restaurant are all waiting and manager started she is... only serving drive thru.. 40min total order received and items were missing. Manager tried to tell me my order was correctwithout looking at the receipt. Fowler and Shields, Clovis, CA Location: I HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. I visit this location frequently... because I'm near there a lot and it's easy to get something for everyone. But this place has always been a nightmare with badservice, incorrect orders, and horrible customer service. This was seriously the last straw! I ordered a box deal on the app andwhen I got there they told me that they were out of the soft taco shells. No biggie, I said ok change it to the burrito insteadand they said we can't do that, but we can do a crunchy taco. I told them I don't like crunchy tacos (which I don't because theyare fake as heck). So I said I didn't like them and stated that the burrito is one of the side options for the box and I'dappreciate it if they swapped it. They rudely said they can't and I'd have to go in the app to cancel my order. I didn'tappreciate the service nor the unwillingness to provide an option that is available on the app. Read more
This location was not as we expected a Taco Bell to be. Although the staff was very friendly they seemed unorganized and were... missing several items on the menu that should have been there. No Encharito anymore, the Mexican Pizza was not available andthey didn?t know what a Tostada was. They gave me the tortilla and I had to make it myself with pintos and cheese. Really? Food and staff were great. Please turn the TEMPERATURE DOWN for hand washing in restroom (specifically women's) small grandsons... could not wash soap from hands because water was too hot and no temperature dial on faucet. Read more
I went in and they were short staffed. But Gabby the manager , was really nice and working hard going back and forth to the... drive thru and front counter. The team ( 2 other people) we're keeping up with orders and doing great. I applaud them . Thankyou for showing up to work . Read more
This place is a NIGHTMARE I recommend you to never go to such a sickening place, so originally we were going to get take out but... as soon as we ordered and got our food we got the wrong order so we went inside and talked and got another order but when thatarrived it was also wrong after reporting to them again we finally got out order after eating our last taco was just beans withno condiments. After asking politely for a refund because of the 45 minutes delay and receiving our order wrong for the 3rdtime the manger came up to us with an huge attitude complaining to us with a rational use of words. Worst Taco Bell in Fresno. Me and my wife?s car broke down so we walked all the way here because our kids wanted tacos we get... there the inside was completely closed even tho it said it was open then they wouldn?t allow me to place a order or even go thruthe drive thru. So needless to say I won?t go here anymore. Our kids were super disappointed they love Taco Bell. But themanager didn?t care. She seemed like she just didn?t wanna do any work. they never get the order right, dont knkw if they are accepting cash credit or diebot randomly, and sometimes they will have... you in the drivethrough for 30+min with only 2 cars. Read more
