Went for happy hour with the wife. Service was good, our waitress checked on us multiple times. Food was ok. Got garlic fries,... cheese curds, and tempura veggies. Veggies were good and crisp, very good dipping sauce. Cheese curds had no squeak to them,are they old, or cooked at the wrong temp? Garlic fries seemed to be slightly under cooked. Went back to Sequoia Brewery after a long absence. Still a disappointment. Slow service, room temperature food, meat that tasted... like yesterday’s meat made up for a subpar meal. Nice ambience but don’t waste your money at this restaurant. Read more
Sept 02 - 1. Salad had no dressing, 2. Four bowels of chil were cold and one was sent back BUT not deducted from bill. 3. Chili... on previous visits was fantastic but this time it had a blah taste like it came from a can. 4. House Margarita tasted watereddown. We had to order extra shots of liquor to call it a Margarita. 5. Place was fairly empty but our drinks and food tookawhile to arrive. 6. I doubt the six of us will ever go back. Read more
A local favorite of ours. Beer is great and always flavorful. Food is pretty darn good and reasonably priced. On the weekends,... they usually have a band or live entertainment. Great patio, too, when the weather is nice. Read more
This is in reference to a Sunday brunch. They were the only place in town that would take a reservation for a party bigger than... 6. Let alone an actual reservation. While the email on the website was outdated. I did reach a manager an he was wonderful.While I wouldn’t entirely count a kid as part of a party for an 18% gratuity lol. It’s what ever. I get it. So I didn’tmind them doing so. Was just glad to have a place to eat brunch. They were pretty empty at 1130 but by 12pm they filled up fast.Foods more of a lunch type vs any breakfast yummies. Morgan, Jeremy and their serving staff were amazing at helping me throw a memorial, intimate, entertaining military retirement... event at The Woodshed. The event planner (Morgan) helped me choose the right amount of food for 30 guest, which turned out to beso good. People even took it to go. My guest got to watch pictures/video of our Veteran on all the tvs, including music of ourchoice. I was able to decorate exactly how I wanted, with tons of help and feedback. Jeremy made it extra special and made aspecialty cocktail with one of his MANY whiskey selections. Thank you so much Sequoia! I would recommend this place for anyevent with a group of 40 or less.
