This place needs help ASAP!! The food is ok, just like a regular Round Table pizza, but the work place organization and customer... service is in shambles. No line structure, people basically just walk to the counter and jump the line from what looks like ahomie hook up but it's basically a free for all. My pick up order took another 30 minute wait after i arrived at the time i wastold. The staff for the most were trying to figure things out, but the lack of either knowledge or planning seemed to get thebest of them. And here's the kicker....one worker was walking up and down at what I can only describe as a snails pace, withfull length cigarette in his ear like it was just another day. The gentleman up front was kind when taking my family's order and kindly asked for ID's for the pitcher we ordered. Order did... take awhile though. During the wait, someone was walking to each table asking if someone had ordered wings. When we did get ourfood it was hot and tasted just fine, and the beer mugs were ice cold. Everything went just fine, except for the long wait. Andfor some reason, the entire time the lights would dim and flicker occasionally before turning back on fully. Read more

We have gotten delivery from this restaurant 3 times. Every time the pizza takes 30 minutes longer than it's supposed to, to... arrive and the pizza is cold. We pay Round Table prices and the pizza is awful. We usually love Round Table but we'll hit up adifferent location next time. Read more
Go here often ever since they opened. The restaurant is clean and employees are friendly and respectful. The quality of food is... great. Would have gave it 5 stars but charging for ranch is ridiculous when you spend a good amount of money. Read more
as today 8/7/22 I and my family visited round table pizza to have a great time and enjoy a great pizza as family but our order... was skipped and we waited an hour! until my wife approached the cashier to let them know that we waited really long time for ourorder! they seems that they didn?t care and my wife told them to refund the money back they answer that was not possible and towait for our order cuz they were so busy but me and my family watched as they gave their order to people who arrived longafter us! I agree with the other review. Pizza is terrible and guest service is just as bad. For what we were charged the Quality of food... and service should be better. Also, one trip to salad bar for the price is unreasonable. First time and last time visit. I willdrive the extra mile to visit Me n Eds who provides Excellent service, and food quality. Read more
