Not a good experience. The time was about 2:50 pm. My daughter and I walked in from a long 3 hour drive hoping to try the $10... meal deal. The place was near empty. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated. We looked over the menu as told the person thatseated us we were ready to order. She said she would get the waiter. Fifteen minutes went by and no waiter. It used to be a 5 Star. Now, I ordered a plain burger with cheese and bacon. It was mostly plain, they scraped off what they... could and added another piece of cheese to hide it. Red Robbin used to be one of my all-time favorite restaurants,sadly, I feel the quality of their burgers has really gone down... hill. Fries are still great,- and bottomless, but that's if you can catch your servers attention as they wiz by you. Waited about 5 minutes before being acknowledged when arrived. Asked to sit in bar area was not. Waitress took order and... nevered returned other employees brought food. Asked for sugar never got it. Was not checked on while we dined. Had to flag andask for a refill on tea. Read more

The food was excellent & delicious! Our son had a wonderful time & enjoyed his sundae! We took our son out for his special... dinner.???? The staff members were awesome!!
