Wanted to finally try raising cane?s to see what the hype was all about. DISAPPOINTING!!! Would give no stars but not an... option. Food was basic, no flavor, cold fries, special sauce was not very special. The chicken tasted like it sat in the oiltoo long. The breading on the chicken wasn?t even on the chicken. Everything cold and dry. Never going back. First and lasttime! Read more

First time trying Raising Cane?s and I can say that it lived up to the hype. People recommended this place to me all the time so... I finally decided to go. The line was long but it moved fast; I got my food pretty quick. I got the box meal and each item inthe box was amazing. The slaw was flavorful and fresh the fries were very addicting as well. However, I was most surprised bythe Texas Toast which was my favorite part of the meal. I will definitely be back! Read more

It's been fun eating here until today. The cashier had her back to me while packing an order. I waited patiently and she... apologized. No problem. I told her I joined the Caniac Club. I let her see the offer. I asked how to redeem it. She said I hadto swipe the card to get points. I asked again how to get the offer. She was hung up on swiping the card, never answering myquestion. Then she rang me up for the biggest meal. Still I didn't know what my free offer was. Several times I suggested sheask for help. She avoided it until I said this wasn't worth my time. Then she called her manager. The manager came over andasked if I wanted the meal on the register. I said no. I asked what the free offer was. He said I get one finger. Now I'm upsetthe girl wasted my time for one tender. I ordered the three piece meal. They gave me one extra piece for joining the club. You're led to believe you'll get something better. The time this girl took to get help was her ego refusing to admit she didn'tknow how to ring me up. The manager was helpful. This club isn't worth joining for one finger unless you need that one bite. Ifeel management should train their employees that Caniac customers get one plain tender. ???? Read more

It was my first and last time ever trying Cranes. The place was just simply over hyped. The chicken fingers lack any flavor and... their special sauce was disgusting. This is the definition of white people food= no flavor just ????????. Read more

It's a parking lot! Got a few employees just hovering around and no one is getting their food. The time is not worth it. Stuck... for 40min couldn't go anywhere. Employees relaxing and having a meat while customers are waiting! This is unacceptable!Employees also going around petting dogs in customers cars and go back to handling food! WHY WOULD ANYONE COME BACK!? Read more

The chicken finger craze is quite the thing. I?m not sure if it stems from a whole generation who grew up on chicken nuggets, or... if people are just searching for decent fast food that isn?t a hamburger or taco. Regardless, Raising Cane?s has arrived inFresno with a splash. Lots of buzz. Had to check it out for myself. I ordered the 3-finger basket. First the positives: Texastoast is outstanding. Chicken tenders are moist. Dipping sauce is tasty. Tea was good with good ice (important). Now thenegatives: Fries were meh at best. Why no offer of ketchup? The drive-thru was chaotic even though the line wasn?t bad. It waslike a poorly run fire drill. And the price of $9.50? I guess that?s comparable to most meal deals these days but not cheapeither. Take it as you will. To me, it?s just another chicken finger place. Nothing special. Read more
