I visit this restaurant nearly every time I eat Popeyes chicken because it is the nearest to my home. The staff is friendly, but... I have waited for my food in excess of 15 minutes every time I order. Don't expect to be in a hurry here. The food quality isacceptable but not great. It was ok, definitely not the best Popeyes I've been to, the location/entrance itself is pretty funky but once you get in there... it is nice customer service, friendly people. Their soda machine was out, I hope that's not a regular thing there. Overall thefood was good. They forgot one of my Mac and Cheese in my order but I didn't figure that out until after I got back home. But itwas fine. There is no drive thru so prepare to find the entrance, wait in line and sit down until your food is ready. Niceatmosphere and good music though. Read more
The chicken was good but not what we ordered. The sides were not what we ordered. This was a take out order so we were not aware... until we got home. The cashier seemed more interested in joking around with her friends than taking the order. My son called thestore and complained and was promised a replacement meal upon our next visit. On our next visit a different manager tried todeny us a replacement meal and argued very rudely. She finally agreed to replace the meal. The chicken was so dry and chewy wecouldn't eat it and the mac n cheese tasted funny we didn't eat it either. I'm never going back. Sad, I used to like Popeyes. Read more
Went in tonight at about 8:20 p.m to a room full of families waiting on their food and it didn?t help that the cashier had zero... to no training she needed someone to come to the register to help her every two minutes and then on top of that workers walkingaround listening to music not helping at all so the result was me waiting 45 minutes for soggy fries. Terrible, this place usedto be booked out the door orders flying out left and right but this isn?t okay, new management is needed asap! Read more

The manager at this location knows how to run the kitchen and deliver great food while treating others with kindness. The spicy... chicken sandwich is amazing and always fresh with however much sauce you want added. Popeye's pickle slices are the perfectaccent for the sandwich! I recently tried the blackberry cream cheese pie and it was also a taste treat. Read more
this store is charging customers a nonexistent 2c/oz "beverage tax." Fresno does not have a local beverage tax, and even if they... did California passed a binding moratorium through 2030 forbidding the implementation of any such tax. Check your receipts ,call the store to complain, call corporate customer service, and the state attorney general. Class action lawsuit anyone? Read more
