I ask for gravy on the side through the drive through and they refuse for 15 minutes telling me they would have to redo my order... all over again. I told them I've never had a problem before but they refuse and I had to ask for the manager who also gave meattitude before giving me gravy on the side. Bad customer service. Read more
Came to the drive through to order two chicken sandwiches and was told to wait for 30 minutes?! If this is the corporate... business model, I'm amazed they can stay in business. There is ALWAYS a long line here, but that might be because they don'thave food prepped. Truly head shaking frustrating. If I want those kinds of wait times, I'll go to Chef Pauls and get somereal Southern Kitchen with a sit down experience. Read more
Their chicken sandwich was okay, it was my first time trying Popeyes so I was a little disappointed but thats okay! I've heard... they have the best nuggets and strips so if we go again ill try those! My first time, I saw on the window 2 piece on sale, I passed that restaurant up went to another in my way to take care of... business, but they didn't have that 2 piece for cheap, they did have 2 piece for $9 I said forget it, also because the servicewas horrible this was on kings canyon the cashier was in the bathroom for a very long time and then the price?? So I left wentto the one in McKinley there the cashier was very helpful I didn't have a coupon, but their was one on the counter , I told herI didn't have a coupon she said very nice I can use this one for you, I said really so I was able to get a whole 2 piece chickenmeal and I asked if I could have the 2 pieces thighs she said yes I can do that for you and she asked if I wanted spicy chickenor regular I asked which is more tasty she said both, I told her spicy so I got a great deal their for $5 then at the otherrestaurant!!! This place is horrible they close the lobby at five or before 5 PM you have to wait in the drive-through that takes at least 20... or 30 minutes just to get up to the speaker they have very poor customer service skills and are very rude don?t come here. Went through drive-thru just so I can start ordering and then say no mashers and gravy for our tender combos. I substitute for... fries waited 15mins just to get our order with no biscuits! I called and they said they had no biscuits and many other sides.Like seriously you couldn?t mentioned that, so that I can continue driving and not put an order.
