I cant even omg don?t order from this place. Picked an order as a dasher, it was a cash order. It didn?t say anywhere on my... screen or instructions that I had to carry change. That was the customer?s responsibility the customer didn?t have exact cashand proceeded to call Pizza Hut and this worker spoke to us so RUDELY I cant even explain. Ordered on the app around 5pm for delivery at 7:15pm. Pizza arrived on time but looked and tasted like it sat in a heated oven... forever and the medium hot wings i ordered had no sauce on them so the wings had no flavor. Bread sticks were hard as well. Willnot pre order for later delivery again and probably will not order from this location again. Was not worth $45 for pizza, wingsand bread sticks. Read more
I ordered a big dinner box and they called me to ask if I can wait an additional 30 mins because they didn't have "rectangular... dough" so I said yeah that's fine. They bring my order after an hour wait and it's wrong. It's just 2 regular pizzas, my extrasides were missing and I called to tell them and they said it would be an additional 40 mins to get my missing items. What theheck did I wait an hour for???? They messed up the order, I hate olives I'm just amazed they decided it was an okay substitution for jalapeños.. I also had to... recut the pizza because it wasn't cut all the way and it was cold.. after picking out the olives and microwaving the pizza I wasonly able to eat 2 small slices because I was so bummed out... Omg! This place is awesome! We have NEVER had a wrong order, the staff is super friendly, and the app is freakn amazing and... really easy to use! The food is top notch! Pizza is super fresh and they definitely don't skimp on ingredients! We love thelemon pepper wings too, they're always juicy! We usually have to get two orders! They even have cute little parmesan and redpepper shakers you can buy! Totes adorb's!!! *Also if you use the app you get points for each order! We've gotten so many wingsusing just our points!
