Ordered an All Meat X Large pizza as I didn?t want to cook dinner tonight and it was piping hot when I picked it up which was... great as it was still hot when I got it home. The whole family loved it!! They have an extensive menu of food such as calzones,sandwiches, salads, and pasta dishes. Can?t wait to try their other foods! Read more
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! Everything about this place is amazing! The Food! The service! The quickness! Everything was just... perfect!! I wish I could rate this place 100 stars! The new owners really perfected everything! They have Amazing Staff that?s very well trained! But the pizza ??? Omg!! The pizza was amazing! The prices are higher than other locations and when we complained was told the order can be canceled but they would still charge... me 6 bucks for the cost of making the food. I have never heard of that in all my life. And they charge twice amount as otherlocations..... DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY PEOPLE. SERIOUSLY AND CHARGE PER TOPPING HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET FOOD!!! I ordered my Factory Special pizza and was told it would take 45 minutes. When i showed up it turns out the pizza was not even... started. The cashier told me they would start it right away and now would have to wait an additional 30 min. I finally receivedmy pizza and drove 20 minutes back home to find out they made me a combo pizza not the Factory Special. When i called and spoketo the cashier she apologized for the mixup and stated to make it right she would add my name on a list for a free pizza of mychoice at my next visit for the extra wait time and screw up on my order. Here I am today trying to redeem the offer only tohave a response that I am nowhere on a list. They stated the Manager could offer half off, best he can do. This upset me, so Iasked for the owner who I have heard was pretty understanding when it came to his employees mistakes. Well it turns out theManager on duty was the owner. I of course refused the 1/2 off offer and will choose to take my business elsewhere. Its theprincipal of it all. I grew up on this pizza and it its sad to say I will not be spending my money here anymore. I advise youcheck your orders and prepare for mistakes that happen often at this business. Read more
Wow. Ordered at 5:49pm, and when I called at 7:10pm my pizza had not made it to the oven yet, said they were waiting for their... driver. When it finally arrived at 8:02pm the driver chuckled and asked if I had been waiting long. Wrong greeting. I told himthat I don't usually hold the driver responsible, but since he found it so amusing he could get his tip from the Manager. Whenmy wife opened the box she was dumbfounded, as the pizza was burnt. And also the wrong pizza! Wrong pizza, burnt, and breadsticks that were not cooked. Ate less than 3 pieces between two of us. One bite of a bread stick which I could not swallow. I amnot one to complain, but this was just so frustrating. Pizza Factory at Marks and Herndon won't even answer the phone, so here Iam complaining online. So sad, since our last order was one of the best pizzas we've had in a long time. Read more
