We came in 25 minutes before they closed and never once did the employees act as though we were inconveniencing them or give us... any dirty looks for coming in so late. It was my fist time trying pizza factory so they had to help me with the menu a little.They were very kind and informative. Our pizza was cooked and ready to take out in about 12 minutes and delicious when we gothome and ate it. I will def buy it again as an alternative to Me 'N Ed's. They have a sticker vending machine with stickers likethis in it. I bought all 10 of them. Read more
Went for the pizza buffet. $8.99 per person. Fresh pizza (had to ask them to make one, and was limited to a list of basic... toppings) was great. The old pizzas on the buffet, not so much. Staff was curtious and professional. Would NOT return for thebuffet!! For the price paid and quality of the pizza, would go to da vinchis instead (in the same shopping center, in thebuilding to the east - if you are looking out the door of Pizza Factory, your looking at DaVinchis). Excellent Pizza!!! The staff was very friendly, helpful and inviting. They have a good beer selection, you can get pitchers... here and cold glasses. Cool spot to chill out, eat your pizza and take in a game on the flat screen tvs. ???????????? Read more
Very disappointed with this Pizza Factory. Went there around 7 pm on a weekend. Got an individual combo calzone and a fountain... drink. The calzone was expensive for the portion and it was mostly bread. For whatever reason it took them almost 20 mins inmaking it. They have one of those "freestyle" soda machines that come with over 100 flavors, but what good is it if nothingworks besides Coke or Coke Zero? Definitely skip this place. Read more
