The food at this location is just mediocre. The service is horrible. The female employee stands in the back of the restaurant... talking with the cook while pretending not to notice me. I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. Finally afterabout 5 minutes she decided to ask what I would like. Very rude. Terrible customer service. Good orange chicken for the price
Everytime I come in here, the servers make it the worst experience! They either have no food available or they are just super... short with you like you are a inconvenience. I came in today to order a bowl. I was super disappointed because I had a serverwho is consistently rude to me. Now , I'm not rude to people I say please and thank you. But this server always seems like she'sannoyed for some reason. I ordered my bowl which she threw together quickly, charged me, and then just walked away. No thankyou, no do you want to upgrade your amount to donate..nothing. She just threw the bag at me. I don't get it! So I asked a otheremployee for my money back. She went and grabbed Jessica S and she came back and just started punching things into the registernot ever asking what was the problem!? I told her after, that she was extremely rude and is always that way when I come in. Atno point was she apologetic?? Will Never come back to this panda express!
