I came to this McDonald?s and Julia was doing the order?s at the drive through. I noticed she was mainly taking orders for the... other line. I asked why and she said she was short staffed. I told her that there?s other people who work to. I was upset andwas using cuss words to express my feelings. But did not cuss call her any names. Then she said well you don?t get to order nowhave a nice day. I was obviously already waiting and this was an abuse of power. She can?t handle the line and she can?t handlemornings. Went through the drive thru, never got acknowledged by the person at the window. Had to place my order at the window and did not... get the correct size drink I specified plus I now have to drive around to replace my correct drink size order. It?s always someissue at this location with not enough staffing or getting the wrong items ordered that I figured today I should mentionsomething. It?s an inconvenience. Read more
before the pandemic I would say it was 3 to 4 stars a lot cleaner a lot more respect a lot quicker the orders were 50/50 if they... were going to get it correct. Now I would say one star because there's always a line and the orders always incorrect the servicereally really sucks. The restrooms and the tables are not always clean. Well first I would like to share about the The cackling woman in the drive-thru. She thought it would be funny to hurry up and... rush to get to the other intercom to serve the other car before mine even though it was my turn to place my order. I don?t knowif her and the other coworker were racing to see who could beat who to get to the order first and she won and was laughing thewhole time she was taking the other person?s order in the other car, but when I got to get my food there was a really nice youngman who asked if we wanted a flurry for free. I guess somebody got the wrong one and he asked if we wanted a free one to mysurprise. when we said sure that was very nice of you. We heard in the background the same lady said you should have given itto the other car why didn?t you give it to the other car! Wow how professional lady! Maybe don?t work customer service or evenfast food maybe she needs to work more in the background some where else. I hope she?s not your manager! Very unprofessional. I?m not a huge fan of McDonald?s due to customer service. But I figured in a different area maybe it would be better.. Never... been more wrong. Filthy is putting it nicely. And customer service I?ve never seen so poor. I asked for access to therestroom The only response I was given was ?Go?. I said it will just open ? He said ?Go? Never once looking up at me. Inentering the restroom there was toilet paper scatter all over the restroom floor a tampon to top it off. The next bathroom wasleaking water all over the floor. In coming out of the restroom. Our food was at the table with no drinks. My son went to ask(who is as tall as I am) and was completely ignored. In going up and asking I was told they don?t just hand out drinks ???.. Inmy amazement I asked for the drinks I paid for ! The ones that came with the means I had just purchased. He then asked for myreceipt because I had to pay for drinks not just ask for them that I indeed had to pay. Mind you he took my order?? My sonbrought me the recipe handing it to him. He then just handed me the cups. I then simply told the man he needs to work on hiscustomer service as he walked away and ignored the line building at the front desk. Definitely will never come back. Simple pick up order for a medium iced coffee. They make it when you get there so why tf was it hot with like 2 ice cubes. I... ordered it with a bunch of extra caramel and it was still bitter and gross. They were sooo confused on how to remake it I gaveup and took my refund and went to a different location.
