I ordered a number 4c, which is a chicken sandwich with fries and I wanted oj for my drink and cheese on my sandwich. They... didn't tell me how much it was at the speaker. They handed me my oj at the 1st window, no receipt said I'd get it at the 2ndwindow. 2nd window no receipt, hands me ketchup and parks me. I wait. I go in to get my food after waiting 10 mins. They didn'thave it and had to find my receipt. 20 mins later I get my food, an apology and still no receipt. Read more

Wrong Bun Hung ???? It Was Good Tho . Hope Next Time I Don’t Find A Long Pedicure Nail Or Rhinestones In My Food or Drinks
I ordered through the app and used my rewards. The app charged me $2.17. When they handed me the receipt, however, I was charged... $6.06. The lady helping me called the manager and he had immediately the worst attitude, as if we were trying to cause problems.He said there was nothing he could do about that, that he has no control about what the app does, and that we should call thenumber on the receipt, which is fine. At that point, we had not even get to the second window to get the food yet, so I asked ifhe could cancel and he rudely said no, that he can’t cancel an order once it’s been paid for(?), seemed very confused as towhy we wanted to cancel the order, and still wanted us to go to the second window, pick up the food and then call the number fora refund. We did call the number, even though we didn’t wanna take the food since it made no sense to eat it, and the ladysaid she wasn’t sure why he said he couldn’t cancel, but told us to call the number on the app. So we call the number on theapp, and it was already closed for customer service. So here we are 2h later trying to still get that money back because of hislaziness and overall incompetence, trying to save his time while compromising ours. Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe along with a few other items, today...they gave us a crispy chicken sandwich... instead of the burger. Not only was it the wrong sandwich, but the bun was charred black on the bottom and the chicken patty isnothing more than an oversized chicken McNugget. Dry and smaller than the bun, overloaded with lettuce and a doll-up of mayo noteven on the bun but on the chicken patty. Not impressed! Read more

This location is unprofessional and extremely slow. Second time we went today and was asked to park. We’ve been sitting here... for 20 minutes along with 6 other cars WAITING! And they’re having other cars park but there’s no parking so they’reparked behind us which is blocking traffic and the vehicles from reversing out. They need to be reported to corporate. On top ofthat, the food is COLD the fries aren’t fresh. Not sure what they’re doing in there. It’s not making the foods. Read more
