The choices of food on the menu were wonderful, and the service was great. I just wish that years ago they hadn't painted... everything inside white and taken out all the beautiful stained glass lighting they had. It sure ruined the inside! Now theinside is just blah. I've been driving past this restaurant every Sunday for over a year on my way to another place. I've always wondered if it was... open but I never see any cars in the parking lot. Last Sunday I decided to see if the door was open and it was! Went in andthere were 2 or 3 couples. We asked if they still had their salad bar, no, asked for a diet coke, they were out, went ahead andordered coffee and a breakfast, and a Swiss burger and fries with Coke zero. Waitress came back once for refills. Eggs were overcooked, burger was undercooked . I now understand why the parking lot is always empty. Very poor presentation of food, service,cleanliness too. I enjoy a Marie Callender's restaurant. Since we don't have one here and we happened to be in Fresno for a Dr appt, decided to... have lunch there. Good comfort food. I had half a sandwich and a cup of soup. Very tasty and filling. My husband had half ameat loaf sandwich and half a salad which he liked. Light and filling lunch. Friendly staff, good service. Just as I remembered it years back. I asked why wasn't the peanut butter pie on the menu and our server told me if I called a... day ahead of our next visit they would have it ready for me, sooo good especially warm with coffee. Food was great, huge menualso. Something for everybody. Read more

The manager Johana is very rude. She attended my family with so much disrespect. We are here eating and is giving so much... attitude.
