The food is good. However, they always mKe a mistake with the order. So check your bags prior to leaving.
The service was poor, The manager waited on us at the window. Food was old. Mac and cheese looked like it had been there since... the day before. The Manager drop my change on the ground. Came around to pick it up but didn't give it all to me. Left before Icould say anything. Got to window, and I said could I have the rest of my change. She got smart mouth with me. She did give merest of my change. I will not go back to this place. Near Fresno city. Tried calling but she is the only one who answers thephone. The corporate office for complaints doesn't answer their phone so no wonder KFC is going partially in the toilet theyjust don't care! Read more
I called them, they hang me up I keep it call them I just tell them stop the food for Cole slaw very mold not fresh. They won't... tell you how taste should be like good taste juice and healthy than dry very mold and look bad vegetables Read more
Our food was crunchy and good. Just feel like my chicken sandwich wasn't made to order. Only case the bread was a little soggy.... But overall our food was nice and hot. Read more
Worst KFC in Fresno. Chicken was raw and disgusting, the cole slaw was too sour and horrible. The only reason I?m giving a star... is because the cashier was very nice, the you can tell the manager doesn?t know what he?s doing. Read more
Excellent service! The prices are just perfecto for my student budget ???? Of course KFC's my fave since forever, but this... particular chain is so nice to hang around at. And the decors are so nostalgic throwback stuff. The lamp overhead is just soquaint and cool. Read more
Perry good location. Can get very busy when city college is in session. However, the drive thru moves pretty fast. Inside is... clean, staff always greets you. Pepsi products on tap, with Lipton tea. Try the grilled chicken. Read more
How do you serve a chicken box dinner to go, with no napkins and no spork to eat the mashed potatoes? What are they thinking?... Customer service is lacking. Food was okay-ish. Nothing special to cause me to overlook the fact I had to stop elsewhere so Icould eat my KFC dinner. Read more
