The worst KFC NOT ONLY I WAITED 40MIN FOR MY ORDER, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER. And the grilled chicken was not fully cooked,... when me and my wife was gonna have dinner, she had to re-grill it. I don't understand??????? Very unprofessional staff, and theworst chicken in Fresno CA. And the sad thing. Do not go here. Super unprofessional. Went to drive thru they told me to wait 6 min and park in the front. 20 min later I go... back into the drive thru and they told me they would be ready in 50 seconds to go park in the front again. There I go again andanother 7-8 min pass by still nothing. I go in to get a refund and they show attitude no one even says a simple sorry. Worstinconvenience ever. Read more

The food was horrible!!! I ordered a 4pc chicken tender meal, the staff barely put any fries in the meal and the chicken tenders... were extremely dry and non-edible. I feel cheated out of my money and I will not be coming back to KFC. This is not the firsttime the staff at this location has destroyed my order this is a constant occurrence. Read more

Worst KFC I've been to! Walked inside and floor was sticky & dirty. Including in the back where employees are preparing food.... Cashier needs training from supervisor. Soda fountain (Sierra Mist) was in need of syrup. When order was ready I was not askedfor condiments. Wrapper of food was wet & ink was bleeding onto my hands & table. Food looked & tasted like it was NOT properlycooked. Lights even were flickering as if electrical issues were a concern. Trash was sitting blocking bathrooms & was not apriority for employees.
