It was certainly better than the last time when we waited almost 2 hours and never got our meal. We were seated and served... promptly this time and the service was great throughout the meal. The potstickers were the best in town and the soup was great.Then the entrees came I got a very tiny tiny portion of fried rice, some noodles that were fried so hard I could barely eatthem, and some flavorless orange chicken that was also dry and almost too hard to eat. After such a good start I expectedbetter. Husband's sweet and sour pork was cooked nicely but the sauce didn't have a lot of flavor. But at least he got a fullserving of rice even though it was small. His veggie chow mein was good. We will be back again and just not order the thingsthat were problematic. Read more

Great place for lunch. It's in front if John's Incredible, you can't miss it. Very relaxing with a water wall dribbling in the... background. We were seated quickly and ordered, the food was out in about 5 to 10 minutes. As you can see the presentation andportions are big and satisfying. It's a win, win, at Jimy Win's. Read more

Went there about a week ago, although there were open tables, the staff failed to welcome us or seat us. After about 20-30... minutes we walked out and decided to eat next door at Bollywood Indian cuisine. Which was delicious by the way. Wenttoday.....and was seated right away only because we got there at opening time. For the price and all the rave ABC 30 gave, wewere disappointed. I was expecting gourmet style. I went there yesterday at 4 pm and it wasn't open yet it was supposed to be but it wasnt so we waited like 15 more min finally... it opened. The server was very nice and polite we ordered are food to go. My husband ordered the orange chicken combo and Iordered the sweet and sour chicken, egg roll, and fried shrimp. We received our food in like 10 mins. Got home and opened thebox and I was really unhappy, I was expecting Chinese food and it looked like something u would get at the Cherry auction orfrom the fulton mall, not authentic. So my sweet and sour chicken was like chicken jerky, and the ss sauce had a weird taste, soi didn't eat it and the rice looked nuthing like fried rice and tasted flavorless. The fried shrimp smelled and tasted overllyfishy and the egg roll was nasty and tasted weird only thing I could eat was the noodles that was supposed to be chow mein i waslucky to get one piece of some type of veggie. My husbands Orange chicken was way over cooked to the point of being orangechicken jerky. We wasted 26 dollars and ended up eating Mcdonalds chicken nuggets. I will never again trust Chanel 30 restaurant reviews. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Chinese... food. The soup was a cornstarch thickened broth that had absolutely no flavor. I asked for hot oil three times to no avail. TheKung Pao chicken was also flavorless but luckily the hot oil finally arrived. The service was terrible. The waitress seemedunconcerned about the patrons or what they might need or want . I watched at least ten people walk out the door without beingseated and it wasn't because they were too busy. Just very poor organization . I will not go back nor would I recommend it. Read more

After all the hype from the news we decided to go and try it or at least to be seated. Yes there is signs saying 45 minute wait... but when you wait and there is there acknowledgement that is poor. Other people walked in 35 minutes later and they got seatedbefore us. Very disappointed. Other customers were looking for the girl to pay and she seemed lost she couldn't find her cardreader. A couple came from Merced to try food and they left after waiting an hour at table with no food. Sad to say we got tiredof waiting and left. Hire more staff and have a sign in sheet when people arrive. Read more

We've been enjoying the food at Jimy Wen's for a while now. If we happen to have Chinese food at another restaurant it's because... Jimy Wen's is closed that day They always disappoint and remind us why we enjoy the food at this restaurant so much. The foodhere is fresh, not greasy, and made to order. When we've gone to other Chinese restaurants I always ask questions. Most everyplace we've gone to says that they make sauces once or twice a week. There's even been a few that say that they make some oftheir sauces once every week or 2 and just reheat them. At Jimy Wen's even the sauces are made Fresh when we order! I reallyenjoy knowing that when we order something it's not just reheated and put on my plate but made Absolutely Fresh when I place myorder. Thank you, Jimy, Karen, and Hannah. Read more
