They were in the middle of very large order...but didn't miss a beat jumped right on our food fast.
I walked in for a Pickup Order, so I waited at the pickup window. The young gentleman at said station saw me waiting there for... over a minute and kept glancing up at me while saying Nothing. I then walked to the cashier, where my order was held andreleased. I let the manager know that Everyone Should Be Greeted or acknowledged at the very least. Never delivered on time. We have ordered form here three times now for lunch at our office and they have been over 30mins late... everytime. Today is is going on an hour late. UPDATE: it?s been 2 days and have heard nothing back after filling out the feedback form. Read more
I used them for a very large order for one of my doctors? offices. They made and delivered 230 sandwiches by 10:30am. They came... out great and we?re wonderfully organized. Read more
Quick service. Friendly staff. Generous portion of roast beef on my sandwich. Extremely pleased that the meat was on the medium... rare side, which I greatly prefer, rather than the overdone side. I only wish they offered a horseradish sauce to accompany thesandwich. Read more
I love Jimmy John's and am so glad to have one by my work place in Riverpark. They're always spot on with the exception of one... time I made an order and went to pick it up. Usually by the time I get there it's done, however when I did get there it was notand the workers didn't even realize an online order came through, on their defense they were deep cleaning and had moved some ofthe big cabinets and freezers out but regardless should've been attentively watching orders, was not given anythingcomplimentary like a cup of refreshment as I waited but that doesn't matter because as always, the sub was soooooo good!! They really are as fast as the commercials say. I've never done delivery with them, but sometimes I don't even get a chance to... sit down before my sandwich is ready. The ingredients are always quality and delicious -- especially their bread. I always get#12, The Beach Club. Turkey, mayo, avocado, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers. Loaded full & very satisfying.
