Love Jamba juice but this is not a super great location. Theres no setting area inside which is fine because it actually seems... kinda dirty. One employee started making our drink and left and another would come and do one thing and leave and so on. So ittook super long to get our drinks. And we were the only customers. But there's a cute play area across the way if you have kidswhich is a plus and alot of other food places nearby. Read more

I?ve been to this Jamba Juice 2 times this week) the first time I ordered my drink and it took over 25 minutes for it to be made... and the store wasn?t busy. TODAY, I go in and order the summer blackberry smoothie. It was a little busy today so I didn?t mindwaiting. This time it took around the same time but my name wasn?t called, I had to go up and ask where my drink was just to begiven two random drinks that claimed to be the summer black berry that clearly was not, not to mention I didn?t order 2 drinks.The workers had a very ?I don?t want to be here? kind of vibe. Was there this week, wires hanging out. I believe the District Manager needs to be retrained. As a District Manager you should... absolutely make sure all equipment is running correctly. Also I heard how she talks to her staff, shouldn't you hire someone whohas people skills. It's too bad with everyone needing jobs, that someone with excellent customer skills isn't a requirement.
