I found the young lady taking orders at the counter to be very snippy and rude ... Not paying attention to what you are asking... for .... just wanting to rush you through and get rid of you. 2nd time I have been here because my son likes it here... I once again opted for the cold brew, which I like very much. Only... problem is that the whip has coconut and I cannot abide by that. 4 people working behind the counter making drink, not one of them is running the register or acknowledging the people standing... there wanting to order. 3 people have already walked out. All it takes is a "I'll be right with you." Inacceptable. Wonder ifthe owners care that money just walked out the door. Ps I ordered my drink 10 min ago and there's still 3 people in front of mewaiting for their drinks. In the total time It took me to order and get my drink, about 20 min. 5 people walked out. One employee was very nice. Juice was excellent. Water on floor that could cause me to slip and fall. 2 star due to Bathroom... being closed (for my safety) even though CDC says hand washing is important! Read more
Service was awful. The 2 ladies We're too busy talking to each other to make my smoothie. Then she put it on the counter and... walked away without lesson by me know.
