I normally come here but for some reason everything was off from my orders to customers services. My fries were cold and old my... sourdough grill chicken was burnt my drink lack freshness and ice it also wasn't filled up. The employees are friendly and so kind. BUT the place is GROSS. The view behind the counter is a fryer caked in grease, a floor... covered in food and trash, and ungloved workers touching the food. The employees seem to have no basic knowledge of sanitation.The cashier touched the register and cash, then went back and grabbed food with their bare hands to help process orders thenwiped their hands on their tshirt came back up front and grabbed my cup to hand it to me. Lol Dude, I've worked in food service.And I don't blame the cashier, I blame poor leadership from the non existent managers. Loaded mini tacos are delicious and weremade fresh. I was totally cringing that my food had who knows how many germs on it from unwashed hands. Lol But I've eatenstreet tacos from dirtier places and survived. My favorite fast food chain is still Jack in the Box. But this location needs agood manager and a massive deep clean. Read more
People were nice and they let us use their restroom before we ordered. Place was clean, but drink machine in front was out of... 1/2 the drinks...But they did have a drink machine in the back. So we were able to get what we wanted. Order was right and hot.Thank you Read more
The food was good, just wish my teriyaki bowl had more rice. I also felt very bad for the girl taking my friend and I orders,... she sounded distracted over the intercom and sure enough, when we pulled up to the window the poor girl was taking orders andfixing our drinks and packing the food on her own. Poor girl is getting minimum wage and doing the job of 3 people, that's justwrong. Poor girl was so ragged she forgot my fork and we had to go back in line to get a fork since we were far from home.Please stop being a cheapskate like McDonald's and get more crew members on the floor. Arrived 10 minutes before drive through opens at 6am. I waited by the drive through for them to remove the cones and open at 6.... No one came and dining room is closed so at 6:20 I called and asked what time they would be opening the drive through. I wastold they would be opening it very shortly ....they were preparing the grills and would open soon .... so I waited. Afterwaiting 20 more minutes they opened the drive-through at 6:40 AM. After paying for my order I was asked to pull forward and waitin the parking lot and they would WALK my food out to me. I WAS THE ONLY CAR THERE .... And they want me to pull forward andWALK my food out ?? I was told on previous visits the reason they do this is because they monitor their drive-through times... So it doesn't look like people wait too long. I declined the offer to pull forward and I waited at the window for my order.I pulled out of the drive-through at about 6:45 AM ..... So if opening time is supposed to be 6 AM ... it took me 45 minutes to get an order. You should be open and ready to service your customers at opening time. But I like Jack in the Box food ... Ihave enjoyed it for the last 50 years ! I was in the mood for Jack in the Box and I'm a loyal customer so I waited .... Evenon previous visits their timing at this drive-through is terrible ... but today was the WORSE ever. Read more
Typical Jack In The Box food. Everything was fresh and delicious, but we waited 30 mins in the drive-thru (not... exaggerating)????! I was starting to get HELLA irritated, but then I realized?????. I have NEVER waited that long in anyDriveThru????????, so something out of normal had to have happened and I QUICKLY checked myself! I realized quickly, thatgetting upset about waiting a long in a DriveThru was RIDICULOUS!!!! There are literally people starving I was just happy thefood was SOOO DELICIOUS????. I paid $5.59 for this!? I pulled it out of its little sleeve bag and part of the pita was in the bag, the wilted lettuce in the... bottom of the bag with it and my "Dinner" was this sad thing. I waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes, with only 1 carin front of me... for this! I'm just about done with Jack in the Box. Their wait time is horrendous and you'd think it wasbecause they were making you quality food... nope! Looks rushed, thrown in a bag and handed to me no different than any otherfast food joint. I can only think it's because they short staff their restaurants while charging high prices for their food.Severely disappointed! Read more
Worst service!! We stopped by to get some food thinking we would get better service because its on the nicer side of... town...WRONG!! we went through the Drive-thru to order, the guy at the window told us the park and he would bring our food outto us, 15 minutes went by and no food, my husband was annoyed so he went in to get the food, he ordered tacos they had beensiiting there for more than 15 minutes, I ordered a chicken sandwich, told the guy NO CHEESE & NO BACON, guess what was on mysandwich when I opened it???????????we got no hot sauce for the soggy tacos, no napkins and still the guy gets mad because myhusband went in to get the order after 15 minutes of waiting in the car for them to bring it out....wont be back here everagain, I get better service at the ghetto side of town, worst part is that there were no other customers and they still took solong to get our order together????????
